A little clarity

Your practice.
Your device.

Microphone and MIDI

Microphone audio is analyzed in your browser. Note Quite does not record or upload it. Imported MIDI files are converted on your device and stored in your browser when you save a practice part.

Settings and history

Your preferences, saved songs, positions, practice notes, and scores are stored in this browser's local storage and IndexedDB. They are not automatically synced to another phone or computer. Clearing site data, switching browser profiles, or changing the site address can make them unavailable.

Back up what matters

Use Import / Export in the app to download a backup. Restore it on another device to move your practice data. Keep that file private if it includes personal notes or songs you do not want to share. Restoring a backup replaces the app's saved data in that browser.

Sharing is your choice

You can share the app or a song's score and progress as text or an image. Shared results do not include your microphone audio or the original MIDI file. Check the preview before sharing.

Visiting the website

The landing pages include no advertising scripts or analytics trackers. Visiting the site still sends ordinary web requests to the hosting server, which may keep access logs such as IP address, requested page, and time. External source and license links have their own privacy practices.
